Jenn Mosher received her Master’s in Nutrition at Framingham State University. She has received certifications in Intuitive Eating, Mindful Schools, and 500 hours of yoga training. Jenn brings her 20 years of yoga study and teaching to her nutrition clients. Her philosophy is to meet people where they are, while learning to develop mindful awareness skills to achieve small attainable goals that will make a positive impact on their mind, body, and spirit. Jenn offers support and resources for whole food meal planning and menu ideas, food sensitivities and intolerances, grocery shopping lists, vitamin, mineral and herbal supplementation, and stress management.
